I have been a customer of neodigm for a few years now and I must say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, the customer support could use some improvement. They take a bit too long to respond to queries and sometimes the answers are not very helpful. Overall, neodigm is an okay company to do business with.
