I have been a customer of C-trac for several years...

I have been a customer of C-trac for several years now and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they do provide some useful technological solutions, their overall performance leaves much to be desired. The team often takes longer than expected to respond to requests and their communication can be lacking at times. Additionally, I have encountered several technical issues with their products that have caused inconvenience and frustration. Overall, I would rate my experience with C-trac as average.
