The experience with Air-Ropes was average. Although their website was easy to navigate, I found the product range to be limited. The quality of the ropes purchased was decent, but not exceptional. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I would consider using Air-Ropes again, but they could definitely improve their product selection.
