I have been living in this neighborhood for quite some time now and I must say that the residents association is doing a great job in managing the community. The association takes care of various aspects such as maintenance, security, and organizing events for the residents. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and responsive to our concerns. The only thing I would suggest is to improve communication with the residents regarding any upcoming events or changes in the policies. Overall, I am happy with the services provided by the Manor lea residents association.
