My advisor, Alison, was absolutely fantastic. I had to find a nursing home for my mum at very short notice because the hospital wanted to discharge her ASAP. Despite only 24 hours notice, Alison worked really hard to provide me with a range of options, and she also gave me information about each option. I was able to make an informed decision and I am very pleased with the nursing home I chose. My mum is end of life, and throughout the whole process, Alison was kind, caring, compassionate and sympathetic. I can't thank her enough for helping me through such a difficult process at such an incredibly stressful time, and helping me find the right home for my mum.
