Bad customer service.

Bad customer service.
Call doesn't go through (I tried 10 times in like 1 hour)
Emails not promptly replied, sent an e-mail in Monday no reply till I sent the online form to get a reply on Friday.
And now their customer service went missing in action again.
Is it so hard to give details on contract ownership transfer?
