I have been a customer of Genfi tech limited for over a year and I must say their service is average. The website genfi.io is user-friendly and their support team is quick to respond to any queries. However, there have been instances where I faced some technical difficulties and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
