I recently hired a construction company for a remodeling project, and after some research, I decided to go with this particular company. I must say, my experience with them has been average. The website was user-friendly, providing information about their services and previous projects. However, the communication was a bit lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The team that worked on my project was competent but not exceptional. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that required correction afterward. Overall, the company did an okay job within the agreed timeline, but there were aspects that could have been improved upon, particularly in terms of communication and attention to detail.
