They do NOT care about tenants only rent payments ...

They do NOT care about tenants only rent payments and how the flowers look. Nobody calls you back for maintenance problems but will call about what they think you owe them. Apartments have all kinds of leaking roofs, mold, lights going out and on in the parking lot all night, high power bills, if you tell the truth about what they don't do to help tenants they will say youre making it up, they tried to raise the rent $150 to get back at residents for speaking out about how they treat you. Supposed to be helping people but only helping their self. How they rich but nickel and timing poor people?
