Recently tried a company for the first time and the experience was quite average. The website was easy to use and the products were decent. However, I had some issues with the delivery. The package arrived late and the tracking information was not updated regularly. The customer support was responsive but could have been more helpful. Overall, an okay experience but there is room for improvement.
