They refuse to refund us our cleaning deposit, they told us that if we had it cleaned by a professional just show proof (invoice) will we did and they are still charging us. The also are trying to charge us $800 for painting we have picture of of the walls from when we moved in and out they are the same plus 2 spots were we put pictures, also they are charging a $175 re-key fee yet when we moved in our keys where not done. they are also charging us for the time it took them to replace water damaged flooring that happened before I moved in. I have pictures of that also. And to top it off the rent was raised in the middle of covid. If at all possible do not rent from them. They were so nice when we were looking they answered emails and calls but once you move in just be aware they are not so accommodating. My dad passed from covid and I had to move back home to help with family not only is this major stressful but to top it off I had to give up my dream job. They send me a letter with all the bogus charges saying I still owe them $600 this is after they kept my deposit of $1100.
