As a long-time customer of Xoxo Productions, I have mixed feelings about the company. While the content selection is decent, the overall user experience leaves much to be desired. The website is often slow and buggy, making it frustrating to navigate. Additionally, customer support is lacking, as I have experienced delays and unhelpful responses when reaching out for assistance. I hope the company takes these issues seriously and works on improving them.
