As a regular customer at Planet Gym Hull, I can say that the overall experience is average. The facilities are quite good, but the staff could be more attentive and friendly. The equipment is well-maintained, but it can get crowded during peak hours. The classes offered are enjoyable, especially the yoga sessions. However, the locker rooms can be cleaner. Overall, it's a decent gym to work out in, but there is room for improvement.
