I work for this company, and I have to say, this is the first transcription company I have worked for that treats me with respect and pays me fairly. Most transcription companies these days are run like a sweat shop, but MDS of Kansas is doing this the right way. I love working here! The atmosphere is one of team work and mutual respect. They understand that if they treat their employees well, their employees will in turn treat the clients well, and the quality of work that stems from this philosophy is without compare.
