I have been a customer of F1 group for several years now and I must say the service they provide is average. While their website is easy to navigate, the communication with their customer support can be improved. The response times to my queries have been quite long, and sometimes the answers provided were not very helpful. Nevertheless, the overall experience has been satisfactory.
