While this started out as a good experience in car buying, I can't say it will end well. Friendly...check. Courteous...check. Timely...somewhat. Responsive....epic fail. If you want ten people to ask you for refreshment, this is your place. If you want someone to actually spend time with you or return a phone call, PLEASE keep looking. There are plenty of other Lexus dealerships around. Really good product, terrible customer service. If you absolutely must use this dealership, don't under any circumstances, deal with Nate Sahlman. Wait until someone else is available.

Update...after several calls to the dealership, we finally got a call back from the GM. He is a gem! The rest of his staff needs to wake up, though. Maybe he can get someone's attention and show them how to treat their customers.
