I have been a customer of Bahri & Mazroei Trading Co. Dubai, UAE for several years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. The staff is generally friendly but sometimes their responses can be slow and unhelpful. However, their products are of decent quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I would rate them as average.
