The only thing that I was able to appreciate is the availability of the call-center operators, for the rest, in the field of connections I found myself very bad. Availability and kindness of IT technicians and NON-EXISTING administrators, ability to solve the problems generated by themselves equal to ZERO; very long response times, if they answer. They manage to survive as a company in Italy only as monopolists of the network, the service they offer is one of the WORST OF ALL THE COMPANIES IT KNOWS! strongly discouraged but unfortunately if you want to connect your photovoltaic you are forced to go through them. Those who have been lucky probably don't know how much they really were! A real Italian caravan. SHAMEFUL
