I've been with Orion Telcom Services for some time...

I've been with Orion Telcom Services for some time now, and their service is average. The internet speed is decent, but I have had a few connectivity problems. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer to get a resolution. Overall, it's an okay service.
