Our daughter's operation one year ago was moved from 9 am to 5 am without our knowledge, then moved back to 2 pm due to the fact that the nurse wrongly informed us that our daughter could have a sip of water in the morning.

Even after all of that I could have given a higher rating, but now we just got a call from a collection's agency! Apparently despite the agreement of monthly payments (of which we have never missed), after one year all bills from this hospital go to a collection agency. So my husband just got called in the middle of his work day demanding full payment.
