I can't say enough good things about sportingequals.org.uk. The programs they offer are incredible and the staff is amazing. The instructors are very skilled and passionate about what they do. I particularly enjoy the dance classes, they're so much fun and a great way to stay active. I highly recommend sportingequals to everyone!
