I had an average experience with Cestovní kancelář viamarpi - dovolená norsko a laponsko. The website viamarpi.cz was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience.
