Just visited Perricones last night. The new location is unattractive and poor service. We ordered two penne pasta with chicken entrees. The pasta and chicken were a little hard and the clumps of cheese on top were very cold. The waitress brought our wine and olive oil on the plates and said the bread was coming. The entrees were brought to the table, no bread. I had to ask for the bread. The waitress had her full attention on the table of 5 next to us. Logically, a bigger tip but ignored our dining experience. Will never go back, a total disappointment!!!!
