I have been working with EBSCO PUBLISHING for a while now, and overall, my experience has been quite average. The company has its strengths, but also some areas for improvement. The work environment is pleasant, and the team members are generally friendly and supportive. However, there are times when communication could be better, and certain decisions seem to lack transparency. The company could benefit from more regular feedback sessions and opportunities for growth and development. Overall, EBSCO PUBLISHING is an okay company to work for, but there is certainly room for improvement.
