Payout rates vary from one asset to another, but forex market stays consistent

I contacted support once asking a question regarding the payout rates. I didn’t understand why it always fluctuates, but they explained to me that payout rates are calculated for each asset individually depending on its volume and other factors. Yet, fx market tends to always have assets with 92% profitability rate.
