I have had an average experience with R.e.v.o group. The website was easy to navigate and the overall service was satisfactory. However, I did encounter a few issues with their customer support team. They were not very responsive and it took longer than expected to get my queries resolved. Despite these difficulties, I appreciate the efforts of the company to improve their services and I believe they have the potential to be great.
