I had the opportunity to work with a consulting firm recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. While their strategies were effective, I was not particularly impressed with their overall service. The consultant assigned to me was knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, but there were some communication issues along the way. I expected better attention to detail from a consulting firm of this caliber. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort they put into helping my business grow.
