Sent 6 emails through their online request for inf...

Sent 6 emails through their online request for info in regard to bimonthly payment enrollment followed by countless calls with never any response. Their phone lines ALWAYS tell customers that they are experiencing long wait times over 10 minutes but a rep answers the phone within 1 min. Website has many areas that do not work or are not monitored.
