I have been a customer of Dicomat, s.l. for several years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing outstanding. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection to choose from. However, their customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful and efficient, but other times they can be quite unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I would rate Dicomat, s.l. as average.
