I interviewed at this company and felt like I was being discriminated against because of my race. The lady asked extra questions like do I have a driver s license and do I plan on getting them which had nothing to do with the position that I applied for she even looked at my hands which were normal and asked me if I was capable of doing the job. She didn t want to provide safety glasses to tour the production lines and I noticed there was plenty of them in the cafeteria area. I really felt like she wanted to hire someone white instead of someone black.
