We worked with David H. who went out of his way to try to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for since covid has caused availability issues for certain models. Because we were considering a vehicle not yet on the lot, David's manager (Brian R.) proactively double-checked several specifics that we hadn't even thought to ask about to ensure no surprises for us. Ultimately we chose to go a different direction so I can't speak to the rest of the sales process at Brotherton, but David continued to maintain his good humor and southern charm even after we told him we would not be purchasing with him. I would absolutely recommend that level of professionalism to anyone!
