I've had a mixed experience with Digital Crest. While their web design services were impressive, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The design team did an excellent job of bringing my vision to life, and the website they created for me exceeded my expectations. However, I encountered several issues along the way, and the customer service team was not very helpful in resolving them. They were slow to respond and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result, but the customer service experience could have been better.
