I have been a frequent customer (at least once a week) for years and was very happy with the food. They forgot something on a delivery order and I called to tell them and they gave me two options. They would send someone out or put a credit on my phone number for the next time I ordered. I was happy with the credit offer but when I went to use it they had no record and the manager was fairly rude. He interrogated me about my past orders which he could see in their system and then said I had no credit, did I want to order or not. It really turned me off.
