Where to begin? Why offer appointments first thing in the morning when your service workers aren't able to get to the car until after 10? The work itself was well done, but the custom service reps are brutal. I'm sorry for interrupting your personal texting, but when I'm told it will be two hours (and I'm in the waiting room) and I finally get an update at hour four, from another agent (thank you Walter!) - that's a big problem. Will never deal with Surgenor again.
