I did the process for a package for an account, present everything in a timely manner but I had to return 15 days later to sign the papers again, due to a problem with the bank. They told me that credit cards came directly to the branch and sent them to my home without notifying.
When I went to find out for a card that I needed to withdraw, they told me that I was not there and they stopped me from attending reluctantly, I called the bank, they asked me, why the branch did not inform me of the status of the card, explain what step and there I was informed that I was in the process of distribution or something ... if you can avoid this branch do it ..
The reception attention is very bad.
