1. The building I was, there was no ramp or elevator. I took a baby carriage I had to carry for leaving or arriving to the room.
2. To pay for room Internet I have to go all the way to the front desk, instead of just doing it over the phone or Web page. If I go to the front desk I might as well use the free Internet they have there.
3. Food taste horrible (specially snack bar) which has day-before burguers
