I had high expectations for New Expectation, but unfortunately, they fell short. The website was clunky and not user-friendly at all. It was difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. The customer service was also lacking. I had a question about one of their products, and it took them forever to respond to my email. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
