Yesterday I wrote a very negative review about the condition of my room.
Today Eric, a young maintenance gentleman came by and brought me a new fridge, a night stand, a wall light fixture, replaced the swing bar door guide, the damaged light shade on the bathroom light and washed my carpet and kitchen and bathroom floors.
He made note of a couple of other issues and promised to notify the proper people to get action taken.
Eric and all the work he performed far exceeded my expectations.
I am much more comfortable now.
Sometimes it pays to let management know when there is a problem.
If management doesn't know, it's not likely not get fixed.
