I had an overall average experience with Thalo Creative. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the design to be a bit outdated. The customer support was helpful, but it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. I appreciate their prompt delivery service. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their product quality. I hope Thalo Creative takes customer feedback into consideration and works towards improving their services.
