I must say that my experience with Quest audio has been disappointing. I purchased a pair of headphones from their website, quest-audio.com, and the overall quality is subpar. The sound is mediocre at best, and the headphones themselves feel cheaply made. I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, but they were not very helpful in resolving my concerns. I would not recommend Quest audio based on my experience.
