This organization really needs to rethink how it does business. I guess they think since they own several wineries (including Girard, Cosentino, Clos Pegase, Viansa, Sonoma Coast Vineyards, and several others), that they are now a monopoly and can treat customers however they like... but that is not the case, and their mistreatment of clients (especially wine club members) is going to come back to bite them.

Their newest policies focus on "customer last" nickel-and-diming policies, driving away long-time repeat business and wine club members. If you look up reviews of their wineries (such as their flagship, Girard) you will notice that multiple wine club members are upset due to things like bait-and-switch tactics (selling club members on the fact that they can do tastings at all Vintage Wine Estates wineries, and then reneging on that promise and either giving club members a hard time for trying to have a tasting, or denying free tasting privileges altogether.)

AVOID doing business with Vintage Wine Estates!
