I have been using Capterra risk solutions for a while now, and I must say it is average. The platform is easy to navigate and the interface is user-friendly. However, there are some areas where improvements can be made. The customer support could be more responsive and the pricing plans can be a bit more competitive. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
