I recently used a real estate company to purchase a new home. The experience was average overall, nothing particularly great or terrible. The service was decent, but I felt like I had to do a lot of the legwork myself. The company provided some helpful resources, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. I would probably consider using them again in the future, but I would also explore other options before making a decision.
