The iAlarm Systems security system installed in my home has been fairly average. While the system itself works well, I have had some issues with false alarms, which can be annoying. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but I expected a better experience overall. The mobile app is decent but could use some improvements in terms of functionality and user experience. It's an average security system, but there's room for improvement.
