Great atmosphere, good food. BUT, I ordered a kid...

Great atmosphere, good food. BUT, I ordered a kids meal for my son and asked for a birch beer for his drink. A drink is included but I didn't realize (and didn't think to ask, nor was I told) that I would be charged $2.00 extra per glass of soda. When I asked the Waitress, she apologized and said that the Birch beer on tap isn't included in the kids meal.
