I ordered a bouquet from brewscreations.com and I must say I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They were not as fresh as I expected and some of them wilted within a few days. The arrangement itself was also not as impressive as I had hoped. However, the customer service was responsive and they offered a refund for the inconvenience. While this experience was not ideal, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.
