I've bought two things from them that don't even work? For example, I bought a ps2 memory card that I couldn't write anything to. Luckily I was able to return it. They claim their controllers are tested, but the PlayStation 2 controller I bought had sticky buttons, and when I opened it to clean it, (which none of them thought to do apparently.) I found that there are broken pieces inside of it. It appears they never checked anything about it before marking it as tested. I'm taking it in tomorrow to see if I can return it. $25! This is very unprofessional and I'm going to probably take my business elsewhere from now on. Other than that, the guys working there are very friendly.
