The customer service at Hoffman Paula is average. I had a decent experience with them, but nothing outstanding. The staff was friendly and responsive, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Overall, I would say they need to improve their efficiency and attention to detail. However, they did resolve my issue in the end, so I can't complain too much.
