From the moment I got a call to schedule an appointment with this facility I knew something was wrong, the man was rude three times to me just in that short conversation. I looked up the facility and I called what stated online to be the owner. She answered and I told her the problems I have had with the man and she assured me there wouldn t be an issue and I should go, I asked politely to just go to the McHenry location where I felt more comfortable and she said since the appointment had already been scheduled to just go there and not to worry. She failed to mention; that man was her husband and she was going to call her husband to tell him that he had been complained about. I just showed up for my appointment and the irate man that I had spoke to on the phone refused me services due to my disability, even though he never even allowed me to see the documents I was supposed to fill out. I simply let them know of my disability and the fact I would have a hard time with legibility with my left hand because I haven t had use of my right in over a year. I have proof and documentation of all of this and me asking to have the paperwork and him on the phone with the owner saying no we re going to refuse services. I ve never been so horrified. Edit: I didn t refuse to fill it out online, I didn t have a printer. This is the exact thing I am talking about. How this therapy dungeon tries to turn situations around on a client to try and make them look bad or ruin their ability to be seen properly is outrageous!
