I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is the worst I ve ever experienced. I ve been trying for almost a month to get a receipt for a order placed. All I have is an order confirmation with an incorrect org name and address. I have called and spoken with a customer service rep 2x, left a message, used their online contact portal, emailed every single person I have an email address for at Kaplan and NO ONE has 1. Gotten me a correct receipt or 2. Responded to me. I am so angry that I have wasted so much time that I do not have trying to get a receipt so that I don t get in trouble with the county for not being able to appropriately provide documentation for a purchase on my county credit card .
